Introduction
In order to maximize the chances of success of any individual, it is important that he/she understands the various aspects of the project cycle management. This Project Cycle Management Course is designed to impart practical skills and knowledge, confidence related to the conceptualization, planning, implementation, management and evaluation of all kinds of projects including development, emergency and community projects in both private and public sectors.
WHY THIS COURSE? Project Cycle Management plays a very critical role in: 1. Determining the success of a project; 2.Proper identification for community needs; 3. Proper planning for the project in terms of the resources; 4. Proper implementation of the project results/outcomes; 5. Proper monitoring and Evaluation; 5. Provision of quality products and services to the clients; 6. Time saving as well as minimizing costs.

Methodology
Much emphasis will be put on the Practical skills. Plenary presentation & Group Work with the use of templates, and practical tools will be supplemented with Knowledge Transfer Activities that each participant will develop and implement in their work. After-Training, follow-up and remedial coaching will be offered to interested participants and organizations on request. Only a small number of participants will be admitted for the training to ensure quality, time utilization for each participant. Audience
The training is suitable for development practitioners, managers, program/project staff from NGOs, and individuals interested in working in the development sector.
Certification
Participants will be issued a certification upon successful completion of the training
Time
Application deadline: 8th, February, 2018. The Training days will be 8 days, starting from11th up to 19th February, 2018. You can enroll afternoon classes or evening classes.
Fees
The course fee is USD 30 per participant. The fee is inclusive of tuition, training materials and certificate of participation and refreshment.
